VAT DYES are celebrated for superior light, washing and chlorine fastness, ideal for long-lasting textile coloring. VAT RED F3B, also known as VAT RED 31, is a high-performance anthraquinone vat dye with bluish red powder appearance. It features strong tinting power, excellent leveling performance and stable reduction-oxidation reaction. Its alkaline leuco shows maroon tone, delivering uniform shade without color spots on cotton fabrics. With high color retention after oxidation, it serves as a vital blending base for red-grey and warm brown color formulas in mass textile production.
Application
1.Pure cotton, canvas and denim dyeing
VAT RED F3B (VAT RED 31) is the core red colorant for cellulosic textiles, widely used to dye garments, home textiles and thick canvas, and mixed with other VAT DYES to create red-grey and brown color shades.
2.Cotton fabric direct screen printing
Blended into printing paste to print clear, fade-resistant red patterns on woven cotton, with stable performance under high-temperature steaming fixing.
3.Viscose, silk and cotton-viscose blended fiber coloring
It adapts to batch jig dyeing and continuous pad dyeing lines, maintaining even color tone on regenerated cellulose and silk fabrics.
4.Auxiliary color matching for other vat dye products
Used to adjust red light tone for vat blue series dyes, meeting diversified color customization demands of textile factories.
