Pigment is a fundamental insoluble colorant widely used across manufacturing sectors, and Phthalo Green ranks as a high-performance mainstream pigment choice. This pigment features vivid clean green shade, exceptional light fastness, heat resistance and strong tinting strength. It rarely migrates after molding, making it ideal for plastic masterbatch, industrial coatings and packaging printing inks, maintaining stable color even under long-term outdoor exposure.
Spinning dyes differ greatly from regular pigment. These soluble colorants are specially customized for textile fiber spinning processes. They fully blend with molten polyester, viscose and cotton spinning stock, evenly dyeing yarns to produce soft, uniform colored fabrics for apparel and home textiles.
Application
1. Printing ink production
It is widely blended into offset, gravure and packaging inks for cartons, product labels and cosmetic packages. It provides pure, rich green tones with superior tinting strength and excellent fade resistance.
2. Plastic masterbatch coloring
Compatible with PP, PE, PVC and ABS resins, this pigment is added to produce plastic toys, electronic housings and daily decorative plastic parts. It features high heat stability and anti-migration performance during high-temperature molding.
3. Automotive & architectural industrial coatings
Formulated into solvent-based and waterborne paints for car body finish, outdoor metal machinery coatings and exterior wall paint. It delivers outstanding weather and UV fastness to avoid discoloration under long-term outdoor sunlight exposure.
